Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

!! Please remember, we are not liable for lost packages, nor do we refund shipping costs. You will need to cover the return shipping at your own expense.

Return Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs. We ask that you pack the products securely to prevent damage during shipping. Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, we require a printed order confirmation and order number to properly identify the item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
